게장 잘 못 사면 비린데 정말 하나도 안 비리고 안 짜고 맜있었어요. 사람들 초대해서 먹고싶은 맛이에요.

I was looking for well-ripened kimchi, not the musty aged kind, and it seems like I found the perfect one. I've tried several from different supermarkets, but this one is the best. It goes really well with boiled pork or sashimi.

배추자체가 달고 간도 적당하네요. 갓 담은 김치라 안 익은 김치 좋아하시는 분들 좋아하실듯요. 이벙넨 수육하고 먹는걸 깜빡했네요. 젓갈이 많이 안 들어간 시원한 김치를 좋아하는데 딱 그맛이고, 익혀 먹는거 좋아하는 우리 애들은 익혀먹어서 먹어요. 그래도 맛있었네요.

I was worried how fresh those kimchi would be. However, It was nice and my Korean grandma even loved them. To me, the stuffed cucumber kimchi was the best one.

삼겹살이랑 구워먹으려고 주문했는데 다른 반찬 필요없이 최고였어요. 묵은지 강추합니다!!

미국에서 멜젓 먹을 생각은 못 했는데.. 식당에서 먹는 그맛이에요! 멜젓 하나로 외식나온 것 같고 기분 좋네요 ㅋㅋ

Purchased nappa kimchi, cucumber and summer radish kimchi and they were very delicious!!! It would definitely be a repeat buy in the future !!!

I had a hankering from some Korea-made kimchi so, I placed an order. It arrived a week or two later but it literally was 1 day shipping. Items were packed nicely and secured, no spillage!
The pogi kimchi was fresh, crisp and I was amazed at how huge and sweet the cabbage were. I loved all the fresh ingredients, red chili powder, radishes and scallions that are in the seasoning. I have literally finished more than half just by myself eating it with spicy ramen, just rice and crispy seaweed and even making a simple tuna bibimbap.
The yulmu kimchi is incredibly fresh and not too sweet/salty. It paired beautifully with cold bean soup. Once it ripens, I'll be making myself a bowl of yulmu bibimbap.
And finally, the aged kimchi was 2 large cabbages, ripened to soury perfection. I love that they share recipes and recommendations on how to prepare each item so, I followed one of the recipes and had kimchi jjim with porkbelly and it was so good! I do have to remind you that this stuff is not for the faint of heart but the broth was super tangy, sweet and spicy which compliments that fatty pork. All in all, I think I will be purchasing again very soon and I made sure to share it with my friends and family.

It's not too salty or spicy, and it's well-seasoned. We're enjoying it very much!
